Summary
As a Speech Therapist at PAM Health at Home, you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients. This position is essential in delivering personalized therapy that aligns with our mission to provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy.
- Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred but not required.
- Ability to assess patient needs effectively and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Pay Milage pay is $0.55 per mile
- Regular Visit Rate is $75 per visit

By fostering multi-level communication in real time, we can assess our clients' immediate needs and proactively prevent hospitalizations. Our strong partnership with Post Acute Medical enables us to offer a comprehensive continuum of care, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.
Our navigation teams work closely with community providers to conduct thorough risk assessments following extended hospital stays or when new diagnoses arise. Prior to our first visit, we meticulously plan and educate our clients and their caregivers about their personalized care plan. Throughout the process, our compassionate staff guides and encourages both caregivers and clients to regain independence in the comfort of their own home while respecting privacy and preserving their dignity.
