Summary
The Speech Language Therapist will assess and identify functional speech defects and provide physician-ordered treatment to patients in their home. They will also develop and contribute to the patient Plan of Care and collaborate with physicians and the care team.
Job Description
Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5-Star rated agency that is growing and looking for a PRN Speech Language Therapist for the San Juan Islands. The candidate must live on the islands.

What do we require of you?
-
Must have a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology
-
Possess a Washington state license
-
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Possesses and maintains current BLS certification from AHA
Essential job duties

Assess and identify functional speech defects

Provide physician-ordered treatment to patients in their home
