What You’ll Do

As a Home Health RN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while partnering with patients, families, providers, therapists, CNAs, and other members of the care team.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Nebraska or a compact state

• Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience

• OASIS experience preferred

• Experience with wound care, catheter management, and IV therapy preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
