Abernathy Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for immediate client needs throughout Stoneham, Woburn, Wakefield, Reading, Melrose, Medford, Winchester, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

As an HHA or PCA with Abernathy Home Care, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Depending on the client's individual care plan, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

• Assist with light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Escort clients to appointments, errands, or community outings

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition

• Follow individualized care plans

• Help clients maintain their independence at home

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification

• Current TB documentation

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Dependable and professional communication

• Compassionate and respectful approach to caregiving

Previous home care experience is welcomed, but not required.
