Abernathy Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for immediate openings in Lynn and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

As an HHA or PCA with Abernathy Home Care, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals
• Assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and social support
• Escorting clients to appointments or community outings when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following individualized care plans

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependable and professional communication
• Compassionate approach to caring for seniors and adults who need support

Previous home care experience is welcomed, but not required.

Flexible Scheduling

We know every caregiver's availability is different. Depending on current client needs, available assignments may include:

• Short 2–4 hour shifts
• Longer shifts
• Daytime hours
• Evening hours
• Weekend opportunities
• Multiple client assignments for caregivers looking to build a larger schedule
