Job ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver, you will deliver high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Assisting in the implementation of personalized patient care plans.
• Delivering compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.

Qualifications & RequirementsTo ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations and job board standards, applicants must meet the following:

• Certification: Current Massachusetts CNA certification OR verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.

• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.

• Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Mindset: A heartfelt desire to help others, paired with a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
