The Home Health Aide provides essential companionship and daily living assistance to seniors, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They are also responsible for monitoring clients with Alzheimer's and dementia and providing transportation as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES, UP TO AND INCLUDING:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping
- Household management
- Ambulation assistance/transfers
- Eating assistance
- Errands
- Meal planning and preparation
- Laundry and linen changing
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Toileting
- Medication reminders
- Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia client
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current CNA or HHA certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in senior care preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance
- Willing to provide transportation for clients
- Tuberculosis test - Skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray
- Fluent in English
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test

PAY RATES:
- Weekdays, 5 hours or more- $20.50 per hour
- Weekends, 5 hours or more- $22.25 per hour
- Any day, 4.5 hours or less - $24.25 per hour
