** This position is guaranteed 8AM-10AM Monday, Thursday and Friday with an additional 1-5 hours per week to start. **

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

• Support independence: Help clients remain in their homes and maintain as much independence as possible.
• Assist with daily living: Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, hygiene, light housekeeping, and other activities of daily living.
• Build meaningful relationships: Get to know your clients and become a trusted, familiar part of their support system.
• Keep an eye on changes: Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate member of the care team.
• Work as part of a team: Collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and other members of the care team to provide quality, compassionate care.

• A genuine desire to help and care for others
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
• Comfort working independently in clients’ homes
• Reliable transportation to travel between client visits
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the care team
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
