About the Position

Home Health Aides provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in Earlston PA and surrounding communities.

Assignments are matched based on client needs, caregiver availability, qualifications, and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by client and may include:

•  Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing 
•  Providing mobility and incontinence support 
•  Providing companionship and emotional support 
•  Preparing meals 
•  Performing light housekeeping and laundry 
•  Assisting with errands and approved transportation 
•  Providing medication reminders 
•  Completing required care documentation 

Qualifications

•  Compassionate and professional approach to caregiving 
•  Ability to follow an individualized care plan 
•  Ability to complete required caregiver training and onboarding 
•  Transportation preferred; some client assignments require travel 

No previous caregiving experience is required. EmmUcare provides training and support.

Onboarding Requirements

Caregivers must complete applicable onboarding requirements, including:

•  TB screening documentation 
•  EmmUcare competency training 
•  Other employment documentation required for the position
