The Home Health Aide provides compassionate in-home assistance to older adults, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They also provide occasional support at the company's day center to help participants maintain their independence.
Job Description
Salary Range:$16.50 To $19.00 Hourly

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional support in our day center
Schedule Options:
- Casual - Minimum 16 hours/month with 1 day every other weekend
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience
- Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Caregiving Experience preferred
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
