Brite Horizon LLC – 43015Are you passionate about helping others live safely and independently in their own homes?Brite Horizon is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Personal Care Aides to support individuals in the community, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, through personal care and homemaker services.

🔹 What You’ll Do

As a Home Aide, you will provide essential daily support that helps individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

•  Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) 
•  Support mobility and safe transfers 
•  Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed 
•  Provide medication reminders (non-skilled) 
•  Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning) 
•  Provide companionship and emotional support 
•  Assist with errands and community activities (if applicable) 
•  Monitor and report changes in condition to supervisor 
•  Follow individualized care plans 

🔹 Work Environment

•  Services are provided in clients’ homes 
•  Travel between client locations may be required 
•  Work may involve physical activity (lifting, standing, assisting with mobility) 

🔹 What We’re Looking For

•  High School Diploma or GED 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
•  Ability to pass background check 
•  Compassionate and patient demeanor 
•  Strong communication skills 

Preferred (not required):

•  Home Health Aide certification 
•  CPR/First Aid certification 
•  Experience in home care or caregiving
