Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 28 hours per week
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver/PCA to provide one-on-one support to an adult client in the home.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and safety supervision
- Assist with personal care and mobility as needed
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands as needed

Must be willing to accompany the client to doctor’s appointments during scheduled work hours
- Observe and report changes in the client’s health or behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or companion care experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, patient, respectful, and professional
- CPR certification preferred
