  What you'll do:
 
  -Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.-Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility.-Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.-Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.-Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.-Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.-Document patient care accurately and completely.
  
   The Ideal Candidate:
 
-Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.-Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.-Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.-Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.-Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.-Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
