We're seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health team serving Orange County and surrounding Los Angeles communities.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate personal care
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
Qualifications
- Active HHA license
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Liability Insurance
- Physical
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Current TB documentation
- Skin test within the last year OR
- Chest X-ray within the last five years
