Full-Time: Work 5 days per week or three 12-hour shifts, including a rotating weekend
Part-Time: Flexible schedule options available
Full-Time CNA Incentives
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for certified CNAs
- If you are not currently certified, we will pay for your CNA classes and certification
- Immediate health insurance coverage

- Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile
- Shift differentials for weekend, early morning, and evening shifts

About PACE North
PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes throughout our 7-county service area.
What You'll Do
As part of our home care team, you will:
- Assist participants with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping
- Take vital signs and document participant care
- Provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care

At PACE North (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), we understand this. And for those individuals who may qualify for nursing home care but who would rather remain living in their community instead, PACE offers you this choice.
The PACE model of care is the welcomed alternative to a nursing home. PACE participants are aged 55 or older; are certified by the State of Michigan to need nursing home level of care; live in the defined PACE service area; and are able to live safely in the community, supported by PACE program services, at time of enrollment. With PACE, you receive a care plan designed just for you. The care is complete -- combining social, medical, dietary, and support services. Plus, we provide door-to-door transportation to our Day Center and medical appointments. All to help you live safely -- at home.
