HOME CARE CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE

We are currently hiring Per Diem CHHAs to serve clients at Harrogate and Applewood Villages in the clients' homes. We are looking for caregivers who are available daytime/mornings until 3 pm or afternoons, 12- 6 p.m. or 6- 10 pm, and one weekend day.

We are currently hiring Per Diem CHHAs to serve clients at Harrogate and Applewood Villages in the clients' homes. We are looking for caregivers who are available daytime/mornings until 3 pm or afternoons, 12-6 or 6- 10 pm, and one weekend day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry support
• Prepare simple meals
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, and activities
• Support medication reminders
• Communicate changes in condition and participate in periodic assessments

Requirements & Skills:

• Current and valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification
• Driver’s License and safe driving record. 
  • No accidents in the past 5 years 
  • No moving violations in 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to care
