About the Role:Americas Home & Health Care Corp is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team in Orange County! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Orange County, CA area
