Pay Range: $15.10 to $18.40 per hour

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

As a Crew Team Member, Responsibilities May Include:

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders
• Preparing McDonald’s World Famous food
• Working with other crew members and managers to meet restaurant goals
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness
• Ensuring products and supplies are properly stocked
• Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service
