Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They are also responsible for providing patient and family education and participating in program development within the department.

Pay rate
For Traveler - $3080 total weekly gross - $77 /hour($42/hour W-2 taxable , $35/hour non taxable stipend)
For Local - $2800 total weekly gross - $70/hour
Speech Language Pathologist
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, must work one weekend every month
. Looking for acute care experience. Would be working inpatient on weekends
. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, NYS licensure, clinical certification in Speech Pathology (or its equivalent) and completion of clinical fellowship year required. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
. Duties: Will administer evaluations, diagnose speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders; establish and provide treatment programs for individuals with deficits in speech, language, cognitive, voice and/or swallowing disorders; schedules patients to receive evaluation and treatments based on patient needs; provide education to patients, families and staff regarding disorders of speech, language, cognition, voice and/or swallowing; participate in program development for the speech therapy discipline, PM&R department and Service Lin
