Job Description
We are seeking qualified International Registered Nurses (RNs) with psychiatric/behavioral health experience to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. This is a long-term opportunity for nurses interested in building their U.S. healthcare career. International Candidates
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 156 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 3 Days/Week
Hours: 12-Hour Shifts
Specialty: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health
Laboratory Experience: Preferred
Pay Rate
Traveler: $2480 total weekly gross for 40 hours/week — $62/hour
- $30/hour W-2 taxable
- $32/hour non-taxable
Local: $2480 total weekly gross for 40 hours/week — $63/hour
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Monitor behavioral changes and document patient progress.
- Provide therapeutic communication and emotional support.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience – Required.
- Laboratory experience – Preferred.
