Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 42-bed Intermediate Care/Medical-Tele unit. The unit includes medical-tele and medical step-down patients requiring a range of acute and intermediate-level care.

Pay Rate
For Traveler - $2772 total weekly gross for 36 hour / week -$77/hour($40/hour W-2 taxable , $37/hour non taxable stipend ) 
For Local -     $2772 total weekly gross for 36 hour / week 

Patient Population

• Pneumonia (PNA)

• COPD exacerbation

• DKA/HHS

• Alcohol withdrawal

• GI bleeding

• Sepsis

• Pulmonary embolism (PE)

• UTI

• Respiratory failure

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to IMC and medical-tele patients.

• Expected ratios: IMC 1:3; Medical 1:6.

• Experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, high-flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, cardiac drips, and telemetry required.

• May float to other units as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable caring for both medical-tele and intermediate-care patients.

• BLS/BCLS and ACLS required.

• Active state nursing license required.

• Holiday coverage required.

• Candidate must reside outside a 90-mile radius of the facility.
