Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
-
Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping and errands
-
Follow the client's Care Plan and document services accurately
-
Report changes in the client's condition to the office promptly
Preferred Experience

Qualifications

Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Current automobile insurance

Previous caregiving experience preferred

Dependable, compassionate, and professional

Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Willing to travel to client locations within the assigned service area
