High's Maintenance Technician

Job Details: Job Location: CIF Corporate Headquarters - Sparks Glencoe, MD, Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00Hourly, High's Convenience Stores are growing rapidly and looking for Maintenance Technician(s) who will oversee the facilities maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of the current and future High’s locations.  We have fulltime and part time roles available.  Please apply today!

Responsibilities:

We have our own crews to keep the infrastructure running smoothly; the Maintenance Technician will respond to all dispatched maintenance calls for repairs and emergency service.
Follow the company guidelines for behavior, check in rules and communications while performing maintenance functions.
Assist in execution of projects. Tasks assigned by the Technician Supervisor and/or dispatch.
Utilize several supplied and company owned tools, laptop, and phone. Must use and maintain all by the details contained in the written agreements.
Utilize time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and work with changing priorities and business needs.
The ability to repair small restaurant equipment, plumbing, minor electrical and facilities repair and upkeep.  
Maintain their company vehicle and company fuel account abiding by all rules set forth within the agreement/s.
Duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Qualifications

5 years’ experience with facilities maintenance.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment
Great attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic and be adaptable and flexible in meeting business needs.
Self-motivated, proactive, disciplined, fast learner, and mastery skills with attention to detail.
Site working environment with exposure to petroleum products. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Use various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
Perform general repairs and maintenance work as requested.
