This opportunity is for career driven students interested in building property maintenance.  In this co-op opportunity you will be responsible for the completion of apartment maintenance duties as required by service requests submitted by residents. 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age
• Currently enrolled in electrical, general carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance through LCCTC
• The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary
• Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail
