Job Details: Job Location: Hendricks Regional Health Center YMCA - Avon, IN, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Health and Wellness, Under the direction and supervision of the Program Director, the Program Instructor II will be primarily responsible for providing quality leadership and supervision, in group exercise classes, while maintaining a safe, non-competitive environment for YMCA members.

Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience in coaching or leading structured programs is preferred.

Knowledge of basic exercise science, and fitness leadership is preferred.

Ability to successfully demonstrate group exercise curriculum.
