JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Ohio license (IMLC not accepted)
- Board: Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care.
- Manage chemotherapy and infusion treatments, including patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and support team to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with dietician, social work, and pharmacy.
