Position Summary: (no computer skills needed)

Healthcare Team members work collaboratively to deliver ballots to eligible voters residing in healthcare facilities throughout Adams County. This team plays an important role in supporting voter access by providing ballots and assisting voters who may need help reading or marking their ballots, while ensuring all assistance is provided in a respectful, impartial, and secure manner.

Job Description:

• Work as part of a team delivering ballots to eligible healthcare facilities throughout Adams County.
• Assist voters, when requested, by reading and marking their ballots while maintaining voter privacy, neutrality, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of 4–5 Election Workers to ensure ballots are delivered and processed accurately and efficiently.
• Must be comfortable driving and traveling to multiple healthcare facilities throughout Adams County during the workday.
• Comfortably enter and exit vehicles multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time when necessary.
• Be comfortable working in healthcare facility environments, which may include areas with potential COVID or other health-related risks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Essential Physical Requirements:
Continuous upward and downward flexion of the neck. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 8–12 hours per day. Repetitive use of the hands. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting of the neck and waist. Ability to perform simple grasping and reach above and below shoulder level. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs. with assistance

Thursday October 8th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday October 9th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday October 12th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday October 13th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday October 14th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
