Job Details: Job Location: FALLKILL IRA - HYDE PARK, NY, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.50Hourly, HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Full Time 40 hour position

Provide direct care supports to this all male home for people between the ages of 50-70 with developmental disabilities in this residential home in Hyde Park, NY. This position serves as an assistant to the RN and Residence Manager – makes doctor’s appointments, administers medication, tracks heath data, and more. Candidates must have current AMAP certification or ability to achieve AMAP certification within 3 - 6 months. We will train you.

Upon completion of Greystone’s Behavior Technician course, eligible employees may sit for the National Certification Exam for the credential of Registered Behavior Technician and receive an additional pay increase.
