Job Description
Intelligence Center X is Siemens' platform for the agentic enterprise
The next wave of enterprise software isn't about writing more code — it's about giving organizations the tools to combine trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act on their own. Intelligence Center X delivers that today, through five capabilities — an Enterprise Knowledge Graph, AI/ML, agentic application development, orchestration, and governance — that together move enterprises from static software to intelligent, autonomous systems.
For the customers we serve, that shift shows up in very concrete ways: engineers and data leaders who can finally find and trust the data buried across decades of enterprise systems; teams that go from idea to working application in days instead of quarters; and AI initiatives that move out of pilot purgatory and into production because the underlying data and governance can actually support them. Whether you're building this platform, proving its value to customers, or bringing it to market through our partner ecosystem, your work directly drives those outcomes for some of the most complex organizations in the world.
This is one of the most ambitious enterprise AI platforms in the market — built on decades of deep domain expertise across industries as varied as manufacturing, banking, insurance, financial services, and healthcare, and already running in production at real scale for organizations with some of the most demanding data and compliance requirements in the world. If you want to work at the intersection of enterprise AI, knowledge graphs, and agentic applications — with real customers and real production stakes, across nearly every major industry — this is where that work is happening.
Head of Marketing Operations
Role Overview
Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to lead the systems,
data, reporting and operational infrastructure that enables a high-performing global marketing
organization for its Intelligence Center X portfolio. This leader will oversee marketing technology,
reporting, analytics, tooling, procurement, system migrations and program management, ensuring the
marketing organization can operate effectively in a fast-paced, data and AI-driven, and highly matrixed
enterprise environment.
This role is both strategic and operational: helping to define how marketing runs, how performance is
measured, and how systems and processes scale across teams, regions and product units. This leader
will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, partnering across Marketing,
Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, Procurement and IT to drive efficiency, visibility and execution
rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Systems & Tooling
o Own the marketing systems ecosystem, including core platforms, integrations,
governance and ongoing optimization
o Oversee marketing technology strategy and administration across systems, such as
Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified, Asana, and related reporting, automation and workflow
tools
o Ensure platform health, data flow, system reliability and scalable processes that support
campaign execution, lead management, brand management, lifecycle management, and
measurement
o Evaluate new tools and technologies, balancing business needs, scalability, integration
fit and operational complexity
• Reporting, Analytics & Measurement
o Own marketing operations reporting, dashboards and performance measurement across
pipeline, campaign effectiveness, lifecycle performance and operational efficiency
o Build a strong analytical foundation for the organization, including executive dashboards,
KPI frameworks and recurring business reviews
o Partner across Marketing, RevOps and Product/R&D to ensure consistent definitions,
data quality, attribution logic and reporting alignment
o Use data to drive recommendations on performance, investment allocation, process
improvements and strategic decision-making
• Processes & Program Management
o Oversee program management for major cross-functional initiatives, including marketing
operating rhythms, planning cycles, and enterprise-wide dependencies
o Bring structure and discipline to a complex, matrixed organization by clarifying
ownership, decision paths and execution models
• System Migration & Transformation
o Lead system migrations and major operational transformation initiatives, including
requirements, stakeholder alignment, implementation oversight, change management
and adoption, with minimal operational disruption
o Partner with IT, Procurement, Security and business stakeholders to ensure successful
delivery of system changes and integrations
• Leadership
o Serve as key operational partner to marketing leadership, RevOps, Finance, IT and
Procurement
o Help marketing translate strategic priorities into measurable plans, operating models and
systems requirements
o Ensure strong alignment across business segments, regions and shared services in a
highly matrixed environment
o Build, lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations team
o Establish clear priorities, service models and success metrics for the functions
Qualifications
Required
• 12–15+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or
enterprise technology
• Extensive leadership experience overseeing marketing systems, reporting, analytics and
operational process design
• Deep experience operating in a highly matrixed, enterprise environment with multiple
stakeholders and competing requirements
• Strong data and analytical background
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and comfort working directly with data to validate reporting,
analyze performance and support decision-making
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo, including integrations, lead lifecycle design and
reporting
• Strong venture management, procurement and budgeting experience
• Excellent communications skills and ability to influence across functions

The future of work demands smarter applications. Mendix is where you build, deploy, and orchestrate the intelligent solutions the human-AI workforce relies on—with built-in shared context and governance that connects everything perfectly.
Create production-ready agentic applications and AI agents that understand your business inside and out. They're built on your data, follow your logic, and fit seamlessly into your existing architecture. Connect agents across all your business systems, then orchestrate workflows where AI handles the routine and humans step in exactly when they're needed; with full context already in hand.
The difference is simple: most enterprise AI projects stall out because companies treat governance, integration, and trust as afterthoughts. We flip that script. With Mendix, every agent decision, human approval, and AI output is automatically traceable and compliant from the start. That's what separates AI experiments from AI that actually runs your business.
Whether you're launching your first intelligent application or scaling an organization-wide portfolio, leading companies worldwide trust Mendix to bridge the gap between human expertise and AI capabilities—creating workforces that don't just use technology, they orchestrate it.
