About the Role:MedPOINT Management is looking for a detail-oriented HDO Credentialing Coordinator to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare delivery organization (HDO) providers
• Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and work history in compliance with NCQA and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records in credentialing databases and systems
• Coordinate with hospitals, medical groups, and health plans to facilitate timely credentialing approvals
• Monitor expiring credentials and proactively initiate renewal processes to ensure continuous compliance
• Prepare and present credentialing files for Credentialing Committee review
• Respond to provider and internal team inquiries regarding credentialing status and requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or medical staff services
• Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, or Joint Commission credentialing standards
• Experience with credentialing software and provider data management systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Must be located in the Pacific Time zone and available during PT business hours
