It's the most thrilling time of the year, and Worlds of Fun's Halloween Haunt is rising from the darkness once again... and we want you on our Haunt Escort.

As a Haunt Escort, you are the front line of the Haunt experience for both guests and ambassadors by helping manage the flow of guests through mazes, communicating and enforcing park rules, and communicating to members of leadership when challenges arise. This role is a great entry-level position for those looking to build their guest service and communication skills in a high-energy environment.

🧟 What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Haunt Escort, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, organized, and immersive guest experience. Your night may include:

• Monitoring attraction entrance lines, pathways, and guest flow
• Providing clear, loud, and friendly directions to large groups of guests
• Managing crowd control to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for everyone
• Assisting with traffic flow between haunted attractions and zones
• Maintaining strong guest service standards while interacting with guests
• Supporting haunted attractions while staying in character and on theme
• Utilizing a radio to communicate to Haunt Leadership and other park leaders in case of a challenge or emergency
• Be a team player and support Haunt actors while they are in their attractions

You'll help ensure every guest's experience starts smoothly-before they even enter the haunt.

🦇 We're Looking For...

• Minimum age: 16
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to large groups
• Comfortable with crowd control and directing guest traffic
• Ability to utilize a radio to communicate to Leadership
• Ability to communicate
• Outgoing, guest-focused, and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in the dark and outdoors at night
• Willingness to wear makeup and lightly perform in character
• Reliable and ready to show up prepared each shift
• Availability for evenings and late nights (approx. 4/5 PM - 12/1 AM)
• Availability for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Additional Requirement (18+):
Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policy.
