We are seeking versatile flooring installers with experience in a wide range of materials. Whether it’s hardwood (nail-down or glued), engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), sheet vinyl, cork (glued or floated), rubber, laminate, or engineered wood, we need installers who can handle both glued and floating applications with precision.

Key Responsibilities

•  Prepare and install a variety of flooring types (hardwood, LVP, tile, cork, rubber, and more) with exceptional attention to detail 
•  Review project scope and details before arriving on site 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
•  Use company tools and equipment safely and effectively 
•  Perform accurate measurements and simple math calculations 
•  Communicate professionally and courteously with customers in their home 
•  Deliver consistent, high-quality work that meets Floor Coverings International standards 
•  Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage 
•  Travel to job sites throughout the week 

Qualifications

•  Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience, across multiple materials 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 
•  Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly 
•  Comfortable with physical tasks like crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, and lifting 
•  Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship 
•  Professional, customer-focused, and respectful in clients’ homes
