About the Supervisor Role

The "big cheese" on shift! You're leading the team, keeping everything running smoothly throughout the shift. You'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned.

You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings the effort good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader position in food/beverage industry.
• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

At least 6 months of experience as a Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager in the restaurant or food industry is required. Pizza-specific experience is not required, but if you have worked in restaurants that use conveyor ovens, food production, bakery production, or large-scale catering kitchens, we'd love to hear from you!

Scheduling Information

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

The restaurant will be open from 11am-9pm Tuesday-Sunday. Supervisor shifts are typically scheduled from 9/10am-4pm for lunch and 4pm-9/10pm for dinner. Ideal candidates will have flexible and open availability. Weekend and evening availability required.

Part-time or full-time hours are available. To reach full-time hours, cross-training may be required.
