An owner of six residential rental units in Walloon Lake Village is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with ongoing property maintenance and work orders.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing routine maintenance and repair work orders
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Assisting with light oversight of property conditions
- Communicating maintenance needs and completed work clearly and timely
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior handyman or property maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- Hourly rate (1099 independent contractor)
