Position Summary:

Περιγραφή θέσης:

Να διαχειρίζεται (ελέγχει, ογκομετρεί, ζυγίζει, προωθεί και αποθηκεύει) αποστολές παρακολουθώντας όλες τις απαραίτητες διαδικασίες, σύμφωνα με την εταιρική πολιτική

Υπευθυνότητες:

• Να διασφαλίζει την σωστή φόρτωση και εκφόρτωση των εμπορευμάτων καθώς και την αποθήκευσή τους
• Να ελέγχει το χώρο εργασίας του διασφαλίζοντας όλα τα εμπορεύματα που διακινούνται
• Να παρακολουθεί την εισαγωγή αποθήκευση και παράδοση των αποστολών από/προς πελάτες, εκδίδοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα παραστατικά (χειρόγραφα ή μηχανογραφημένα)
• Να διατηρεί επικοινωνία με τα υπόλοιπα υποκαταστήματα, τμήματα, κέντρα πληροφοριών και αντιπροσώπους για τη διασφάλιση ποιοτικής διαχείρισης αποστολών και άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών

Ο/Η ιδανικός/η υποψήφιος/α θα πρέπει να έχει τα παρακάτω απαραίτητα προσόντα:                           

• Επαγγελματική παρουσία
• Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας
• Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ
• Βασική γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
