H43 PM House Attendant

As a House Attendant at Hotel 43, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes champion who keeps our shared spaces spotless, safe, and ready to welcome guests at every turn.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Vacuum hallways, lobbies, and office carpets on a routine basis.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and using cleaning chemicals, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. 
• Accurately label and store chemical containers according to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and service closets.
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and materials.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments in accordance with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with team members to respond to guest needs and maintain a high level of service.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

$17 an hour/PART-TIME

Shift: Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 3pm-11pm

Requirements

• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers courteously, tactfully, and professionally.
• Strong communication skills, including the use of hotel radios and internal communication systems.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain focused and efficient in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as required.
