Summary
The Program Analyst will serve as a strategic analyst responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating assigned program areas while improving business processes and automation. They will also provide consulting services, manage reporting protocols, and ensure data alignment with organizational goals.
Job Description
Perform special duties as assigned. Serve as strategic analyst on activities associated with assigned Division or District. Lead efforts to plan, develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate assigned program areas. Identify and apply metrics in reporting and tracking. Ensure accountability, integrity, and clearly articulated business processes. Improve efficiencies and automation wherever feasible.
