Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Gym Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for cleanliness, and understands the importance of maintaining a high standard of hygiene in a fitness facility.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize gym equipment, machines, and high-touch surfaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
Clean and disinfect locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and properly stored.
Monitor the facility for areas requiring additional cleaning or attention.
Help maintain a fresh, clean, and pleasant environment for members.
Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
Perform additional cleaning and facility-maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
Able to work independently and follow instructions.
Comfortable working around fitness equipment and in a busy gym environment.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for cleaning duties.
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
