 About the role: 

The Guest Room Attendant/Turndown Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping department. 

What you will do: 

• Perform cleaning and turndown services in occupied, vacant, and check-out guest rooms according to Four Seasons standards.

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedrooms, living areas, dining areas, and bathrooms.

• Prepare rooms for evening occupancy by making beds, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, turning on music, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.

• Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests and ensure all rooms are presentation-ready.

• Restock towels, linens, and guest amenities, including toiletries and other room supplies.

• Identify opportunities to personalize the guest experience and anticipate guest needs.

• Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

• Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating any special requests.

What you bring:

• High School education or equivalent experiences. 

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization. 

• Have a high level of attention to detail.

• Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.

• Ability to understand and working knowledge of English. 

• Hold a valid driving license in order to operate golf carts and have a clean driving record.

• Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts

• Full Time or Part Time availability

• Flexible for early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts in order to support 24/7 operational business needs
