Guest Services/Outside Staff Attendant

Champion Hills Club, located in Hendersonville, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Services / Outside Staff Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
 
Compensation: $12.50 hourly
 
Responsibilities:
This is a part-time, hourly position. You can expect between 10-35 hours a week depending on time of year and your availability. With customer service at the core of all responsibilities. The Guest Services / Outside Staff Attendant's duties are but not limited to the following:
Golf Carts:

• Greet all members and guest upon arrival and departure.
• Prep for opening and closing of day, cleaning, storage and daily charging of golf cart batteries.
• Provide players with directions and course information.
• Replenish supplies including scorecards, pencils, tees, water, ice, divot sand, etc.
• Keep all workspaces neat and clean.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Golf Professional staff.
• Assist Golf Professional staff with special tournament needs.

Practice Facility:

• Pick up, clean, and restock range balls throughout the day.
• Keep practice greens and bunkers clear of balls.
• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Friendly & personable with a willingness to engage with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with management.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable and timely.
• Available to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to withstand exposure to heat, cold, and elements of nature.
