Are you a people person with a knack for making others feel welcome and at ease? Metro Stars Gymnastics is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our friendly team! As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the smiling face that greets and assists our valued guests, ensuring that their experience at our gym is nothing short of exceptional. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors
- Be a knowledgeable resource, answering guests' questions and providing accurate information about our programs, services, and policies
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and registrations, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
- Manage phone calls and emails, promptly and confidently addressing inquiries and requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, using a positive and empathetic approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in tasks like cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, understanding that our gym operates during peak times
Metro Stars Gymnastics is a multi-location recreational facility serving families in Omaha, NE. We offer a wide variety of programs, including recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and rock climbing. In addition to our gymnastics programming, we host birthday parties, offer open gym and special events throughout the year.
