Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide crucial support during peak times or to cover for staff absences. Your engaging personality and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming environment for guests and students at our campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr.
