Panhandle Getaways is looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented local to join our Forgotten Coast team!

This is a hands-on, part-time position for someone who doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed. Your day may include helping clean rooms, inspecting properties, assisting with laundry, and making sure everything is ready for our arriving guests.

What You’ll Do

• Help Clean Guest Rooms – Assist with cleaning and turning rooms at The Pink Flamingo and The Blu between guest stays.
• Inspect Rooms & Vacation Rentals – Check properties after cleaning to ensure they meet Panhandle Getaways standards and are fully ready for guest arrival.
• Assist With Laundry – Wash, dry, fold, organize, and prepare linens and towels needed for upcoming arrivals.
• Stock & Prepare Rooms – Make sure linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies are properly stocked.
• Identify & Report Issues – Catch maintenance, housekeeping, linen, or supply issues before the guest does.
• Pitch In Where Needed – Hospitality is a team effort. We’re looking for someone willing to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-Time Position
• Shift Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on scheduled days
• Immediate Start
• Must live in the Port St. Joe/Forgotten Coast area
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Must be comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning and laundry
• Must be willing to work in both housekeeping and laundry
• Must have reliable transportation
• Weekend availability is important, especially during busy arrival and departure days
• Vacation rental, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred
