Growth Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Program Manager based in United States.

This role drives cross-functional programs focused on revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation.
You will work closely with senior leaders and General Managers to coordinate go-to-market initiatives, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment from planning through launch.
Operating with significant autonomy in a lean environment, you will own complex transformation programs from end to end.
The role also supports AI commercialization initiatives and high-priority programs designed to improve business performance and value realization.
You will connect multiple business units and workstreams to measurable outcomes while proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
Success requires strong program governance, strategic judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to move seamlessly between executive-level planning and hands-on execution.

Accountabilities:

• Independently lead large, complex transformation initiatives, applying sound judgment to prioritization, risk management, dependencies, escalation, and resource considerations.
• Orchestrate the planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs aligned with multi-product strategies and sustainable revenue growth.
• Partner with business leaders to manage initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams, connecting program activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead AI teams and cross-functional business stakeholders through AI commercialization initiatives and product launches.
• Drive alignment among executive sponsors, Commercial Execution stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partner functions, proactively identifying dependencies and trade-offs.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions at key program phase transitions based on readiness, business value, and relevant trade-offs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for program stakeholders and executive sponsors, delivering clear, decision-ready updates.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to align commercial, AI, and transformation initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Provide consistent visibility into program outcomes, risks, dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics through structured reporting to leadership.
• Continuously improve program processes, tools, governance practices, and metrics to increase execution quality, productivity, and value realization.
• Step into hands-on project execution when required, including requirements gathering, detailed planning, and task tracking, while maintaining focus on broader program outcomes.
• Ensure all program activities remain compliant with applicable company policies, processes, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in program management, governance, change management, and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and manage multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously.
• Experience with business transformation and change management initiatives.
• Experience spanning both business and technical project management is preferred.
• Experience supporting or leading end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization.
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Atlassian solutions such as Jira and Confluence is preferred; familiarity with other corporate project management solutions is also beneficial.
• Strong skills in prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution across multiple workstreams in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to independently lead ambiguous, high-stakes programs and exercise sound judgment without extensive senior program management oversight.
• Understanding of value realization and benefits tracking, with the ability to connect program execution to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong growth and go-to-market acumen, with a focus on revenue generation and adoption.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented, and evaluative approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Passion for process improvement and implementing more effective ways of working.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and align senior stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Gross annual base salary of $104,000–$128,000.
