Job Summary / About the Role:

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to own Google and lead paid channel expansion across everything outside of Meta. This is a hands-on-keyboard role where you'll manage a meaningful share of our monthly marketing spend and decide which channels we scale into next as we grow from $XXM+ to $XXM+.

What You’ll Own:

1. Google

• Own Search (brand and non-brand), Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen
• Account structure, bidding, budget pacing, keyword and audience strategy, feed health
• Hit monthly CAC and MER targets set against a blended efficiency model
• Separate demand we create from demand we capture, and manage each accordingly
• Partner with the Amazon and lifecycle teams where Google overlaps their surfaces

2. Paid Social & Emerging Channels

• Run TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin against channel level CAC targets
• Build the case for what we test next: CTV, Reddit, Programmatic, Audio
• Design experiments that prove incremental lift before anything scales
• Set the bar for what graduates to evergreen budget, and kill what doesn't clear it

3. Creative & Experimentation

• Drive creative strategy for your channels, identifying winning hooks, formats, and value props
• Brief the design team and UGC creators with clear, data backed direction
• Run systematic A/B testing across creative, landing pages, and store listings
• Feed learnings back into the wider growth team so wins travel across channels

4. Measurement & Forecasting

• Own reporting and tracking accuracy across web and app events for your channels
• Reconcile platform, warehouse, and finance numbers and know which to trust
• Forecast spend, efficiency, and expected return to support monthly planning
• Build the paid plan for product launches alongside Creative, Lifecycle, and Influencer

Who You Are:

• 3 to 5 years in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally D2C or consumer tech
• Deep hands on Google Ads across Search, Shopping, PMax, and video
• Have managed 6 figure monthly budgets against efficiency targets
• Track record of testing beyond Meta and Google
• Fluent in CAC, MER, and contribution margin, and know when each one matters
• Advanced in Excel and Sheets, can read a query, comfortable chasing data discrepancies
• Creative fluency: you speak creative and can brief it well
• High ownership, low ego, comfortable in ambiguity
• Familiarity with Northbeam, GA, MMPs, or BI tools is a plus

This is a full-time remote role (preference for New York City or Chicago based candidates) with a $120,000-$140,000 annual base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
