The Opportunity
As a Growth Marketing Manager at JivPad, you will architect and execute the strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for a platform redefining human communication. JivPad is a modern communication system powered by AI, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to connect with confidence and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, removing language barriers entirely.
In this role, you will own the full growth funnel, from awareness through conversion and beyond. You will identify high-leverage channels, design experiments, and scale what works, all while maintaining the premium positioning that defines our brand. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to turn insights into action and data into momentum.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels to drive user acquisition and revenue. Own the full marketing funnel, optimising every stage from awareness and consideration through to activation, retention, and expansion. Design, launch, and iterate on experiments across channels, messaging, audiences, and creative to identify scalable growth levers. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement growth loops, referral mechanics, and in-product conversion optimisations. Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms while maintaining cost efficiency and brand integrity. Analyse user behaviour, cohort data, and market signals to uncover insights that inform strategy and prioritisation. Partner with Content, Brand, and Community teams to ensure growth initiatives align with JivPad's premium positioning and mission.
What You'll Need to Succeed
A degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, with 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within a technology or SaaS organisation. Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition channels, with a strong command of paid media, SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing. Experience thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments where resourcefulness, ownership, and speed of execution are essential. A deeply analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks to drive decisions. A deeply collaborative disposition, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver unified growth initiatives. Genuine passion for accessibility, inclusive technology, or communication innovation is highly valued.
