Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to turn ambitious marketing priorities into measurable, sustainable growth for a fast-moving B2B SaaS business.
You will work closely with senior commercial leadership while partnering across Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering.
The position combines hands-on growth execution with strategic ownership across paid acquisition, SEO, AEO, product marketing, and content.
You will identify new opportunities, test growth hypotheses, analyze performance, and decide where to scale, optimize, or stop.
You will directly influence inbound demand, pipeline generation, conversion, product launches, and market positioning.

Accountabilities:

• Translate quarterly marketing priorities into clear plans, establish trade-offs, and coordinate execution across the marketing function.

• Identify, test, and develop new growth opportunities across acquisition and demand-generation channels.

• Own inbound demand targets, including demo requests, inbound pipeline, and conversion from website visitor through qualified opportunity.

• Lead paid acquisition end-to-end, including channel strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, CAC management, and payback analysis.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies covering content, technical SEO, traffic quality, and conversion performance.

• Build and develop an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to increase visibility and recommendations across AI-powered answer engines.

• Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for product launches in collaboration with Product and Sales.

• Set content direction and briefs based on business priorities, growth objectives, and customer needs.

• Partner with Content and other marketing specialists to ensure campaigns and materials are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with growth goals.

• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering, driving progress through influence rather than formal authority.

• Work with Sales Enablement to translate new products, messaging, and marketing materials into effective support for active sales opportunities.

• Monitor marketing performance, use data to evaluate results, and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Demand Generation, or a closely related field, ideally within B2B SaaS.

• Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns for Sales and Revenue leaders or similar B2B audiences.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience owning paid acquisition, including channel strategy, campaign optimization, budget management, and performance measurement.

• Strong SEO experience, with the ability to develop strategies across content, technical SEO, traffic acquisition, and conversion.

• Experience with AEO or AI-driven search optimization is a plus.

• Solid product marketing experience, including positioning, messaging, product launches, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to make marketing investment and prioritization decisions.

• Comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing while using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and execution.

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without relying on formal management authority.

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Strong ownership mindset, commercial awareness, and ability to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
