About the Role
Atlas is hiring a performance-first Growth Marketer to own paid media acquisition end-to-end. This role is for someone who lives in the data you build the media strategy, launch and manage spend across channels, and relentlessly optimize toward CAC and ROAS targets. You think in testing frameworks and scaling systems, not one-off campaigns.

This is a remote-friendly role.

What You'll Own

🎯 Media Strategy

• Build the paid acquisition strategy and channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and beyond)

• Set targeting, bidding, and budget allocation frameworks across campaigns

• Build a testing roadmap for audiences, placements, and campaign structures

• Forecast and own monthly media budgets against CAC/ROAS targets

📊 Campaign Execution

• Launch and manage campaigns in Meta / TikTok / Google Ads Manager

• Structure campaigns (CBO/ABO, bid strategies, scaling frameworks)

• Monitor performance daily and optimize based on CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, ROAS

• Kill underperforming campaigns quickly and scale profitable ones

• Negotiate rates and terms with media vendors and ad networks where applicable

🔁 Testing & Scaling

• Run systematic tests across audiences, bids, placements, and campaign structures

• Identify bottlenecks (targeting vs. budget pacing vs. landing page vs. creative) and route fixes accordingly

• Build repeatable scaling playbooks for channels that prove out

• Partner closely with creative/content teams to brief and prioritize what needs testing next

🔎 Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitive audits on channel strategy and spend patterns

• Track and report on CAC, ROAS, MER, and payback period weekly

• Identify emerging channels and platform features worth testing

• Present clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership

What "Great" Looks Like

• You can explain exactly why a campaign is performing well or poorly

• You hit or beat CAC/ROAS targets consistently, not by accident

• You scale winning campaigns confidently without overspending into diminishing returns

• You think in frameworks and playbooks, not isolated campaign tweaks

• You catch underperformance early and act on it fast

Must-Have Experience

• 3–5+ years managing paid media (Meta required, TikTok/Google preferred)

• Proven track record hitting CAC or ROAS targets at meaningful spend levels

• Strong grasp of funnel economics (CAC, LTV, MER, payback period)

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions without hand-holding

• Experience managing full-funnel paid budgets across multiple platforms

Bonus Points

• Experience in consumer fintech, DTC, or subscription/rewards businesses

• Experience managing 6–7 figure monthly ad budgets

• Familiarity with landing page CVR optimization

• Experience briefing creative/UGC teams on what to test next
