Position Overview

• This role is ideal for coaches who love leading high-energy group sessions and delivering personalized 1:1 training. We are looking for individuals who are not only technically sound but bring the energy, presence, and professionalism needed to elevate our member experience.
• You will be expected to:
  • Lead and deliver dynamic group training sessions with energy, precision, and purpose.
  • Coach personal training clients with customized programming and accountability.
  • Help members improve movement, performance, and confidence both in and out of the gym.
  • Represent the Alliance Performance standard in everything you do—on and off the floor.

Group Fitness:

• Lead 45–60 minute bootcamp or HIIT-style classes in line with our programming systems.
• Deliver a high-energy, safe, and motivating group experience.
• Modify movements for various fitness levels while maintaining class flow.
• Engage with members pre- and post-class to build relationships and community.

Personal Training:

• Create and implement individualized training programs for clients based on assessments and goals.
• Track client progress and provide consistent feedback and motivation.
• Communicate and follow up regularly to ensure client retention and results.
• Use our technology platforms (e.g., TrainHeroic) to support programming and accountability.

Summary of Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CSCS, NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certified (or ability to obtain upon hiring)
• 1+ years' experience in personal training and/or group fitness preferred
• Passion for fitness, coaching, and delivering transformational experiences
• High energy, great presence, and a natural leader in front of a room
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Team-oriented and committed to the success of our brand and community

This is a commission based role.
