About Level Wellness

Level Wellness is growing—and so is our fitness community. As we expand our Franklin location and add additional days and classes to our group fitness schedule, we're looking for energetic and experienced Group Fitness Instructors to grow with us.

Level brings together fitness, recovery, nutrition, aesthetics, and clinically guided wellness to create a more personalized approach to whole-body health. 

Position Summary

We're seeking engaging Group Fitness Instructors who can create welcoming, motivating, and high-quality class experiences for a range of fitness levels.

This is an opportunity to help expand our group fitness program, build relationships with members, and bring your own energy and expertise to a growing wellness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and professionally structured group fitness classes. 
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels and abilities. 
• Create an inclusive and motivating environment that encourages member participation and retention. 
• Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safe equipment use. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional class environment. 
• Build relationships with members and contribute to the continued growth of Level's fitness community. 
• Collaborate with Level's fitness and wellness professionals to create a consistent member experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current nationally recognized group fitness, personal training, or specialty fitness certification appropriate to classes taught. 
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain prior to teaching. 
• Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred. 
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
• Energetic, dependable, and comfortable engaging groups of varying fitness levels. 
• Availability to support our expanding class schedule, including additional days and class times.
